Bold & Reeves: Spear’s Best Providers of Prime Property Management Services 2021

We are delighted to announce that Georgina Peech and Bill Shipton have been listed at Top Recommended agents in Spear’s 2021 ranking of the best property managers for high-net-worth individuals, for their excellent delivery of prime property management services.

Spear’s publishes rankings of the top private client advisers and service providers to HNWs every year. These are drawn up on the basis of peer nominations, client feedback, telephone and face-to-face interviews, data supplied by firms, as well as information gathered by Spear’s editorial and research teams.

Georgina and Bill are featured in the 2021 edition of Spear’s Property Advisers Index with a detailed profile on each and how they deliver prime property management services.

Speaking to Spear’s, Georgina mentioned the development of the Bold & Reeves “unique remote monitoring service across our client properties, which enables us to predictively maintain properties and know before the occupants themselves of a recent or impending failure”.

Alongside this, Georgina also commented on how clients are looking at their property portfolios differently since lockdown. “People are starting to think about their property with a long-term view as to how to best retain its value in uncertain times.”

She continued: “Our unique method, supported by leading-edge technology, is now revolutionising how people look after their homes.”

Meanwhile, Bill spoke of the customer service we deliver at Bold & Reeves. “Communicating with our clients and being passionate about customer service is key to our success,” he said. He also went on to mention our key prime property management services with the logbook, our little black book of contractors and our advanced proptech.
