Clients simply need to log into their client portal and open a new message or call the number for the personal property manager. Our team will pick up the message and endeavour to solve the problem as soon as they can.

 

2. Send contractors round to fix the problem

We have curated a little black book of trusted and expert professionals across our property maintenance services. Our partners can solve everything from broken air conditioning to leaking pipes. Through this extensive network, we can make sure that a contractor is deployed quickly to solve any outstanding issue.

 

3. Provide competitive rates

One of the benefits of having our own curated network of partners is that we can ensure that prices are never inflated. If you have an emergency on a bank holiday or during another peak time, we can make sure that clients are charged fair fees. 4. Schedule future maintenance

Once a problem has been fixed, we will make sure to provide follow-up care and regular checks throughout the year so that the problem is not repeated. We also provide clients with a detailed survey for the whole property when they join and create a bespoke maintenance schedule from our findings to ensure emergency issues are minimised.
