Coronavirus Bulletin No 1

We’re sure that you have heard and seen the coverage about the recent Coronavirus outbreak and appearance of cases within the UK. As our service involves visiting our clients’ homes & properties, we want to assure everyone that we are putting measures in place to mitigate the risk to all those we interact with including our employees, clients, suppliers and visitors to our offices.

All of our staff have been issued with hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes to use before and after all client meetings or service appointments, as well as being informed to regularly wash their hands throughout the day. We will also be asking all visitors to our officers to make use of hand sanitisers and wipes at our office entrance.

Our staff have also been informed of the symptoms of Coronavirus and have been instructed to contact 111 for further medical advice, should they feel unwell. We are also prepared to reorganise our teams and schedules should any staff need to take time off. We understand that some clients may ask our staff to take additional safeguarding measures on their properties, and our staff will certainly cooperate with these requirements as much as possible.

We want to avoid disruption to our work and your schedules as much as we can, but it is very important to us as a company to ensure that we safeguard the health and safety of everyone that works for us and that we work with, whilst maintaining the continuity and quality of our services.
